Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Preparation

1.1 General Formatting

  • File Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.
  • Font & Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double-spacing throughout.
  • Margins: 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides.
  • Page Numbers: Include page numbers in the bottom-right corner.

1.2 Article Structure

Manuscripts should follow the IMRAD structure:

  1. Title Page

    • Title (Concise and Descriptive)
    • Full names of all authors (no titles or degrees)
    • Affiliation (Institution, Department, Country)
    • Corresponding author’s email and ORCID iD
  2. Abstract

    • Word limit: 250–300 words
    • Structured format: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion
    • Include 3–6 keywords
  3. Introduction

    • State the problem, research gap, and objectives
    • Avoid literature review details (should be covered in the Discussion)
  4. Methods

    • Clearly describe study design, participants, data collection, and analysis
    • Ethical approval statement (for studies involving humans or animals)
  5. Results

    • Present clear, concise findings with tables and figures
    • Use statistical analysis where applicable
  6. Discussion

    • Interpret the results in the context of existing research
    • Highlight limitations and implications
  7. Conclusion

    • Summarize key findings and their significance
  8. Acknowledgments (If applicable)

    • Mention funding sources, contributors, and conflicts of interest
  9. References

    • Follow APA (7th Edition) citation style
    • Minimum of 20 recent references (preferably within the last 5 years)
    • Use DOIs where available

2. Tables, Figures, and Illustrations

  • Tables: Use editable Word tables, not images.
  • Figures: Submit high-resolution JPEG or PNG (300 dpi) images.
  • Figure Legends: Provide a clear caption for each figure and table.

3. Ethical Considerations

  • Plagiarism Check: Manuscripts undergo plagiarism detection before review.
  • Human/Animal Research: Studies must include ethical approval statements and patient consent (if applicable).
  • Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest.

4. Submission Process

  • Online Submission: All manuscripts should be submitted via the journal’s online submission system.
  • Peer Review: Manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review (2–3 reviewers).
  • Processing Time: The first decision is typically within 4–6 weeks.
